According to what has been printed in recent issues of Time, Sierra Club and National Geographic magazines, expert interviews on NPR and my medical nutrition news feeds, the single most important change we can make as an individual and community to improve the health of our planet is to enlarge our food intake to include a variety of colorful unprocessed whole plants as we eliminate eating animals, especially industrial grown and slaughtered contaminated animals.
My work since 2007 with home office medical consultations has focused on helping patients with mostly debilitating long-term, autoimmune, complex digestive and energy issues, environmental poisoning and dementias often related to indigestible contaminated inflammatory foods. These foods are usually produced, shipped and sold to us in forms contaminated with pesticides, herbicides like round-up, plastics, molds and fecal matter, stripped of essential nutrients. As of October, 2020, my office is open for consultations weekday afternoons on a limited basis for people who have observed masking and distancing and are low risk for contagious virus spread. I have worked as a Family Physician in Florida since 1980, Board Certified in 1982.
